Digital Studio Manager
Summary
Responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
- Assure all production files are produced according to client graphic standards and vendor or publication/site requirements
- Prioritize digital print and interactive projects within established deadlines
- Complete digital production tasks as workload warrants and oversee outsourcing or freelance digital production artists as needed
- Work with creative, project managers and production staff to ensure smooth transition from concept into digital production
- Establish and maintain server organization for agency and client digital production, artwork and photo imagery files
- Assist in client server archival system
- Order and maintain inventory of agency art supplies and presentation materials
Qualifications
Candidate should have 5+ years experience in the advertising or graphic industry. We are a Mac shop and you must have a mastery of Adobe CS5.5 and thoroughly understand graphic industry file standards.
Digital Production Artist
Summary
Responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
- Mechanicalize graphic layouts across all advertising projects (print ads, collateral, outdoor, packaging, direct mail, advertising specialty items, etc.)
- Produce GIF-based and Flash-based files for online advertising campaigns
- Produce HTML files based on design mockups
- Photo imagery searches
- Simple image retouching in Photoshop
- Logo or artwork creation
- Updating agency or client presentations
- Comping for agency or client presentations
Qualifications
Candidate should have 1-3 years experience in the advertising or graphic industry. You must be detail oriented and have a basic understanding of graphic industry file standards. You must be organized and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, within established timeframes. We are a Mac shop and you must be extremely comfortable in Adobe CS5.5.
Broadcast Project Manager
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Broadcast Project Manager who possesses the organizational workflow management skills required to move large scale, fully integrated advertising campaigns through a busy agency both on time and on budget.
- Facilitate planning for the execution of all assigned projects
- Manage all aspects of project implementation for both broadcast and integrated campaigns
- Coordinate project resources, working with Art Directors, Media and internal production teams
- Manage partnering groups, working with producers, production houses and broadcast business rep
- Maintain a database of production partners with varying skill sets and areas of industry expertise
- Serve as team lead for internal communications on assigned projects
- Ensure team adherence to industry best practices and guidelines
- Initiate and maintain schedules for all jobs
- Track budgets and develop estimates
- Process the timely billing of all jobs through the Accounting department
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years Project Manager (or similar role) experience in an advertising agency setting
- High level of experience managing broadcast work (tv, radio, video)
- Basic understanding of talent and usage laws, and union regulations
- Experience managing traditional integrated campaigns (print, collateral, banners, web, etc.)
- The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects on differing timelines
- The ability to effectively use diplomacy in conflict resolution and problem solving matters
Graphic Designer - Web/Print
Summary
We are looking for a Graphic Designer, with a strong web focus, to join our integrated advertising agency. If you are a passionate designer who thrives in a fast paced environment and is interested in working with a team of creative partners to bring great ideas to life – we want to talk.
You should be fluent in designing executions especially for interactive, but including some print formats. You can work independently on assigned projects, or as a member of a project team. Copywriter
Summary
If Art Direction visually brings brands to life, great writing gives them a soul. We’re looking for a Jr. Copywriter who will help us propel our agency and clients to fame and fortune. You’ll be responsible for the conception and execution of innovative copy for integrated initiatives including specific tactics like websites, banners, videos, print, email, outdoor, radio and collateral to name a few. You must possess sharp writing skills and have the ability to understand and write to more than one voice for a diverse set of B2B, B2C and Government clients. Integrated Media Planner
Summary
The Integrated Media Planner will:
- Oversee planning, implementation, and day-to-day buying for assigned campaigns.
- Negotiate, implement, track, and optimize assigned digital media campaigns including most or all of the following: online display banners, online video, site-direct buys, online ad networks, behavioral targeting, rich media, mobile, and coordination of and budget tracking for separately managed paid search and email marketing campaigns
- Develop DR strategies and establish media reach and frequency needs for television and radio buys
- Work within a broader, well-integrated media team, applying integrated on and offline solutions to efficiently meet a client’s business and advertising needs
- As directed and overseen by the Connections Manager, develop and present recommendations, evaluations, POVs, and media analyses to clients and Account Team
- Ongoing campaign tracking and optimization, in discussion with Analytics team

Creative and Digital Interns
Summary
We’re looking for a few good interns to come work with us this summer. The position is unpaid, if your definition of “paid” involves “monetary compensation for services rendered.” But, if your definition of “paid” is a bit more flexible, for example being paid by smiles, knowledge, experience and occasional bagels, then you will be paid handsomely. You will also have the opportunity to work on some juicy assignments and work with some smart, experienced, nice and, in some cases, good-looking people. We’ll need your help with some social media efforts too.
Qualifications
- Studio Creatives: For graphic designers experience in Photoshop and InDesign are a must. We are looking for candidates with a good eye and a willingness to learn in a hands-on environment. All candidates should provide a portfolio with work that best demonstrates their creative abilities and interests.
- Copywriters: We are looking for talented writers interested in writing ad copy. You will be deeply immersed in our clients’ businesses and get a crash course in a number of industries. Please provide a portfolio with your writing samples.
- Interactive Creatives: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, CSS, Coldfusion and inDesign are the programs we use the most often here. If you know most or all of these programs you’re the type of person we’re looking for.
- Web Developer: We’re also looking for someone who is able to help make websites functional and come to life. If you have a passion for HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL and Javascript, a solid understanding of AJAX and embedding flash content then this is the position for you. Knowledge of Wordpress and one or two server side languages is a big plus!
