Qualifications
Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the agency team (account, creative, production, media, traffic) to execute campaigns and projects.
- Managing a group of accounts at a day-to-day tactical level, executing expected projects and serving as the liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules in collaboration with production and account team. Notifying all team members and client on due dates and critical milestones that are required to deliver on time.
- Monitoring media schedules for changes that may affect materials deadlines.
- Ensuring high quality and consistently flawless work across all projects including routing work for proofreading, review of functional/technical implementation and collaboration with production.
- Maintaining the client status and drafting conference reports, change order and any necessary tracking reports.
- Contributing to creative thinking that helps the agency best perform its role as the client’s marketing partner.
- Working within the client budget to facilitate estimate creation and processing of client approvals and special payment requests.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and organization are mission critical to the success of this position.
- Possess an understanding of traditional and interactive communications and media deployment, as well as how they integrate as a produced campaign.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 4 years of agency project management or traffic experience.
